The Illustrator

I have been living at the illustrator for almost a year already and it truly has been an excellent experience living at The Illustrator. From the very beginning, Silvana was professional, attentive, and extremely helpful throughout the entire move-in process, making what can often be a stressful transition feel seamless and well-organized. The building itself is beautifully maintained and situated in a wonderful neighborhood. The custodial team does an exceptional job ensuring that all common areas are consistently clean and well cared for. Alex from Maintenance is an outstanding porter who is both knowledgeable and dependable; any request or concern is handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Overall, the staff at The Illustrator demonstrates a high level of professionalism and dedication, contributing to a welcoming, well-managed, and enjoyable living environment.

I have lived in the Rockwell and also the Illustrator and had to leave a review because my experience has been so wonderful. The property and apartments are beautiful and in my opinion better than others in the area and compared to what you see in larger apartment complexes that have good decor. The Rockwell and Illustrator just do decor and atmosphere at a different level which makes it unique. Also the employees are amazing - I cannot say enough good things! From touring apartments to going above and beyond to answer all your questions and getting the paperwork done fast. The people are super friendly and the amenities are also amazing. Also I will not give details but life is not always easy and sometimes hits you with rough moments and let me tell you… the staff and property owners were so kind and caring in my time of need - all I can say is that these are good people and you are in good hands. Could not recommend more.

Best choice we have made. We love our new apartment! The leasing process was seamless. The building is quiet, clean and the community is lovely. Concierge is always attentive and the super of the building is always available. We are so happy with our choice!

Overall, it’s a great place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality home in a vibrant, convenient community!

The Illustrator is a standout building for anyone seeking a modern, comfortable, and well-built living space in Westchester. Its sensible amenities, including business centers on every floor, co-working space, and a rooftop lounge, enhance the overall living experience. Plus, the staff: Nicol in the leasing office was wonderful during our tour and made moving in seamless; and Alex, the maintenance manager, is a godsend. I cannot recommend living at the Illustrator enough!
