This building offers a welcoming and well-maintained environment, with residents frequently praising its social atmosphere, facilitated by well-organized events and shared spaces like the dog run. While the amenities are extensive and contribute to a vibrant community, some past residents have noted that amenity fees were mandatory even for unused facilities, and communication with the management could be inconsistent.

Living in this building has been such a positive experience. The space is beautiful, well maintained, and truly feels like home. The amenities, the atmosphere, and the overall management make it a wonderful place to live. A special thank you to Sandra, who is truly the best broker I could have asked for. She listened carefully to what I was looking for, guided me with patience and professionalism, and helped me find my beautiful apartment. From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you are looking for a place to call home, I highly recommend working with Sandra. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond.

I am quite happy with the building. The staff are very friendly, the building events are well organized and a great way to meet new people, and the ambience when you walk in is so serene! I did a lot of research when I was looking and I knew what neighborhood and type of building I wanted so I had no regrets! I linked up with a very personable, patient, and consistent real estate salesperson Sandra who always followed through! I recently got a puppy and have been using the dog run frequently. My dog, Murray loves it and playing with other doggies!

There are very interesting people here from all walks of life’s of life. A small dog park in the building is a bit of a social hub. There are parties on the roof top organized by the management. they attract a lot of people. But it’s impossible to meet face-to-face with the management. And when you are emailing with them they may suddenly take a leave f absence for 6 months.

Building management are grifters. The second you sign your lease, they will stop responding to you while freely doing unannounced (and probably un permitted) construction, allowing people clog the small gym with their personal training businesses, and otherwise not enforcing basic rules. Enjoy a massive utility bill every month regardless of how little gas/electric you use. Doormen and maintenance guys are great, but would not recommend the building to anyone.

I lived here about 5 years ago with my friend in a two bedroom apartment (a third person was supposed to be involved but that fell through after the lease was already in place yikes) This was a hassle to get to by car or even to get dropped off by a taxi or uber, I don’t know if that’s changed since I lived there. I felt totally safe at this location though and the views are beautiful at night especially. There was plenty of space for both of us to live and even an office space in the apartment that we shared! There were a ton of cool amenities that we got charged for even if we never ever used them which was a pain for people trying to save money but if you have the time, there is a gym, a private workout/yoga room with TV, a theater space for private watch parties (given out first come first serve) and several lounge areas to hang out in or get work done. I believe there was a dog spa? Or a dog sitting or dog walking service (iI didn’t have any dogs so you’d have to check) you could use for a fee and a small dog friendly outdoor area out back with yet another place to lounge around. Oh right and a computer lab type room for quiet co-working and you could even reserve one of the meeting rooms for no charge. I wish I had had more time to use the amenities but life is chaotic!
