The Greenhouse Condominiums

I am one of the original owners. I bought 47 years ago when I was 24. I have successfully converted my unit into my personal nursing home just as my late husband and I had planned. It is a very safe and comfortable condo. I still love living here.

Friendly staff who are always accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. Amenities are great! We love living in the Greenhouse! They have updated the lobby and it now looks amazing. The pool is really serene and you feel like you are in paradise. They did an amazing job with the flowers.

I love this place! I work in Manhattan and love the commute through the ferry to midtown. The shuttle bus picks me up in the morning right in front of the building and drops me back off at night. It is very convenient. Also, I like the fact that my maintenance includes all utilities, including high speed internet, HBO, show time, free telephone, water, heat, air condition and much more! My taxes are very low since Cliffside Park has new development going on everywhere so they keep the taxes low! I like the fact that there is a park across the street and lots of dining and stores that are walking distance. I can't wait for summer again!

we moved into the building a few years ago and the apartments are beautiful. we decided to move into this building because of the amenities and the fact that it's a pet friendly building. at the end of 2016, a new set of board members took over and have changed the building completely (for the better). in the spring/summer time, the pool & outdoor seating area is gorgeous and makes you feeling like you're not even in NJ. there are many events for residents, families, children, and even the pets! the residents are friendly and everyone who works for the building are amazing and super helpful!!

I recently purchased my first home in the Greenhouse and really enjoy living here. The building is older, but well kept with hard working maintenance and front lobby staff. Any issues with the elevators or infrastructure of the building are quickly addressed and appropriate notice is given to residents via signs posted near the elevators. The management company has undergone some changes for the better and they seem to REALLY be trying to bring the building up to speed in terms of technology, amenities and budgeting. The building is very pet friendly with two dog parks and treats in the lobby during holidays. The gym and pool are never crowded and I have never seen another person in the quick heating sauna. There are also good restaurants, a small grocery and pharmacy within walking distance. If you are looking for sparkling marble and snobby residents, this building may not be for you. If you are looking for a community of down-to earth, middle class residents, then I would highly suggest the Greenhouse Condominium.
