After searching for quite some time, I finally found an apartment in New York that truly fits my needs. I really appreciate the accessibility. Whether it’s commuting to campus, meeting friends, or running errands, everything is reachable by public transport. Considering how competitive and expensive the New York housing market is, this accommodation offers solid value. It provides not just a place to stay, but a comfortable living environment. I’ve been living in my apartment in New York for a few months now and I’am very happy. As an international student, it was important to me to find an accommodation that is safe, modern, and where you don't feel completely alone. Everything looks new, well-maintained, and clean. Another big plus is the location: You're well connected and can get to the university or other parts of the city quickly. For New York standards, I think the price-performance ratio is more than fair.
