A well put and kept together building. Staff is always alert and attentive. All repair and complaint issues get resolved in a timely manner. Shout outs to Rock and team. Building offers extensive amenities and programs to help better connect with the community. Highly recommend

The building team at the Essex is world class. Everyone is both professionally and personally standup. We love Quetcy, Angel, Chris, Louis, Vinny, Blake… They’re all great people, and we feel lucky to see them daily as part of our lives. The maintenance team always do a great job keeping up the building. My only wish was the building owners update the elevator paneling, but the location and amenities of the building are amazing. Great building.

I’ve had an excellent experience living here. It’s always clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, which makes it feel at home. The team at the Essex is friendly, professional, and responsive for any questions or concerns. I also appreciate the little things they do to keep the building looking nice and welcoming, from the common areas, amenities, to the hallways!

We love Quetcy! She is so helpful and the coolest. Honestly everyone is so sweet and caring, including Angel and Chris.

I recommend this building it is very well maintained. The security is great. The concierge are the best. I recommend Angel Cortes, Quetcy Ramirez and Christopher Jenkins. They are very efficient and indispensable. I would recommend this building to my friends and family.
