The Contour

Building itself is great. The guards that are here during the day are super friendly and the building super is very nice and super helpful. Only problem I have is anytime I contact the management company. Anytime I speak to “Rachel” she always sounds like I’m inconveniencing her with any questions I have. Always sighing and has an attitude with every answer she gives.

As an 8 year Contour resident, I am so proud of our Super, Manny, and the incredible job he does to ensure our building is spectacularly clean and all repairs completed timely! Manny and the Front Desk team, Tina and Osei, make the Contour a perfect place to live! This team is greatly appreciated!!

I've been living in this apartment for nearly a year now, and I can confidently say it's the best place I've ever lived in NYC. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the building offers great amenities, including a rooftop perfect for relaxing and BBQs during the summer. The super here is the best I've ever had—responsive and efficient. I've had a couple of minor pest issues, but the building management addressed them quickly, ensuring they never got out of hand. When appliances failed, they were promptly replaced, and the new ones have been working perfectly. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. The building community is also very welcoming. I haven't had any issues with neighbors or pets, and despite being close to Queens Boulevard, noise from LaGuardia Airport or traffic has never been a problem. Overall, this building offers excellent value for anyone seeking a relaxing home life with solid amenities. It's hard to beat this experience in New York.

Lived here for the past 3.5 years and loved my experience with the safety and convenience of the building. The staff are all so nice and helpful and make it a warm place to live. I wish they did more building community events and raised the rent in smaller increments but overall highly recommend The Contour!

The Contour is a great building to live in. The building is kept clean, the service is amazing, the amenities are wonderful, the building staff is friendly and outgoing, and the management office is easy to deal with and is very accommodating. It feels like living in a posh hotel. Highly recommended.
