After moving in, can say very responsive and great management, no major issues and minor ones were resolved pretty efficiently. Great neighbor and the quality of the new development seems great thus far (almost 1 year in)

Great building so far, but they haven't clear the punch list after two months of closing. Very irresponsible sponsor to say the least! update to 1 star, after moving in, the oven is not working and the fridge is not making ice. a mess.

This place is 538-900 Hoa to lure people in to buy stuff for 1 million and over . The moment they have to double the maintenance ( Hoa ), ( and they have to because all buildings in queens have higher hoa than them due to expenditures and refinancing ) buyers will lose half of the money they spend on buying the property because they can’t rent it for 4000 in that area., the real downside of the austin is u dont want to live there if u have an emergency health scare. everyone knows the ambulance would have to go in circles because austin street and queens blvd are one way unless u go all the way to ascan avenue ,.or go up the block where the vein clinic is and go to the tunnel where the austin is located ( and thats congested in traffic to do during rush hour)
