I needed a place to live on a tight timeline, and The Agnes truly lived up to my expectations (outside of being aesthetically pleasing). I especially want to shout out Keowone Muldrow for going above and beyond—even working after hours—to make sure I could move in as soon as possible. Keowone was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process, from the tour to answering all of my questions and helping make the transition as smooth as possible. The Agnes is a beautiful property, and Keowone made the experience even better. Thank you so much for making this move so easy and less stressful!

Keowone has been one of the best customer‑service experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond in every single interaction. They’re knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly dedicated — the kind of person who doesn’t just do their job, but masters it.No matter how complicated my situation was or how many questions I had, they handled everything with professionalism and genuine care. They always made sure I understood every detail, followed up quickly, and never once made me feel like a burden.People like this are rare. They’re the reason residents feel confident and supported throughout the leasing process. They absolutely deserve recognition — and honestly, a promotion. If you’re looking for someone who truly represents excellence, this is the leasing agent you want to work with.

Parking has been an ongoing issue, but management has made it worse. In the past few months over 13 first-come-first served spots were either converted into paid spots because they oversold the lot, or completely taken away so they can build a second building. With limited street parking, inconsistent street cleaning, and suspended city enforcement, many residents temporarily parked in the retail lot after the winter storms. Instead of notifying residents in advance, either by phone or a building-wide email (which they sent after my incident) concierge/management did a sweep of the lot. My car wasn't towed, and management claimed they were doing me a favor and trying to initiate a conversation by putting a boot on my car with no warning. There is no signage around the lot indicating that booting is a consequence for violating their parking rules and no warning was left on my vehicle. This resulted in over $2,000 in damages to my car, and management refused to take any responsibility for their staff's negligence. It’s also worth noting that their concierge parks in the same lot where my car was booted almost every day, and the shuttle bus is regularly left in a tow-away zone. Not sure why staff get special treatment while residents are the ones dealing with the consequences of their poor decision making. To make matters worse, I recently parked on nearby street, and came back to a note on my car saying that I “wasn’t supposed to park there”… p.s. there was no gap, I was one of the first cars parked after street cleaning lol.

Love the property! The gym is pretty good as far as residential gyms are concerned. There’s a swimming pool which is great in the summer time. Staff is super responsive when it comes to questions or issues we’ve had. Keowone is awesome he’s been super helpful from the moment we applied and always goes above and beyond for us. Maintenance crew is also fantastic. I love the resident appreciation events especially the pop up shops in the lobby, it’s a great opportunity to meet local businesses. Another shoutout to the property manager Mayliz she’s been super helpful with any concerns we’ve had. I wish there was more in terms of retail in the area and better walkability.

Living at The Agnes has truly been a game-changer for me. I moved in on the fifth floor and from day one, I knew this place was special. The property manager, Maylene , has been nothing short of incredible. She’s always so accommodating and patient, no matter what I need, and the rest of the staff are just as friendly and helpful. It's like they've all made it their mission to ensure everyone here feels at home. What really blows me away is how peaceful it is. It’s hard to find a spot that’s so calm, yet so perfectly located. Nestled between the Holland Tunnel and I-95, it's super convenient for me whether I need to get to the city or drive-by through Jersey. But despite being in such a prime spot, it feels like a little oasis. And then there are the amenities... where do I even start? The gym is top-notch, the pool is a dream, and having a 24-hour concierge just adds to the comfort. The barbecue area is perfect for summer hangouts, and the game room is a fun spot to unwind. There are honestly so many little perks that make living here feel like a luxury. Maylene and the team make everything feel easy, and I’ve never felt so settled and content in a place. I’m just so glad I get to call The Agnes home.
