We've lived in the building for 5 years now in two different apartments. We recently moved from a two bedroom to a three bedroom and the leasing and management team made the process so easy and seamless. We love the building. Problems are fixed within 24 hours, my son loves the playroom, doormen are awesome, and we have never had any major issues.

We lived at Stonehenge 70 for 6 months last year. The doormen at this building are exceptional - very kind and welcoming. The location is also great. Unfortunately, the building has a roach problem and we also had issues with rodents living in the walls and around the pipes.

Avoid at all costs. My apartment was illegally zoned and had no ventilation in the bathroom, and the management refused to do anything until the City of NY fortunately intervened on my behalf. They then installed a vent, which was actually fake - they just cut a whole in the wall and very poorly glued a grate over it. No air comes in or out of it, there isn't any mechanism to turn it on or off, and it also leaks water. Roach and mice infestations, flash floods, and fixtures shoddily installed and falling off the wall. The management of the building also invaded my unit and destroyed my property (true story). They're sadistic people. Run, run, run!

Been living here for a year and am moving out at the end of the month - there has been a consistent mice and roach problem, a hoarder living on the 15 floor causing unlivable conditions including smells in the hallway that have made me physically ill. The fire department has been here a few times and confirmed there is a rodent and roach infestation in a neighboring apartment (1504). I have asked the building to break my lease early and / or for concessions because of the unlivable conditions and they don't care that they are violating many health and tenant laws, it's been unbearable, especially for what I'm paying in rent. Def don't move to the 15th floor!

We lived in Stonehenge 70 for ~3 years. A month before leaving for a new apartment (in the process of moving out), the management got into our apartment and erroneously trashed everything that was inside - including my wife's wedding dress. They apologies profusely at first, asked us for receipts (which we provided) and told us they will compensate for the mistake. And then one day (after we moved out) they suddenly stopped responding to all phone calls, emails and attempts to contact them. My wife ended up losing her wedding dress.. All we asked for was to provide us a reasonable compensation, and they simply deserted us.
