This is a very plain residence for women. Shared bathrooms and showers (European style), and a shared kitchen and dining space, and laundry - with private rooms. It’s very clean and ordered.

My daughter lived here while she was in college and she really liked it. It is a safe and convenient location, and the building itself is very safe. Rooms are clean, well-equipped, and affordable with nice views. The staff was wonderful to us. I would recommend it.

I found St. Agnes for a friend, who was going to be in the city for about a year before returning to her country. She absolutely loved how convenient it was to travel and it being a safe environment.

I lived there for a few years. The management unfortunately changed about 2 years ago, ( Uyen Tran is one of the manager) and since everything is about MONEY ONLY. Rents increased about more than $100 per month, they ask 4 months paid upfront for a dorm room ( before it was only the deposit and first month), 45 days notice before leaving the building, they don’t give the deposit back immediately when you leave, you must wait to receive it by mail. No chairs on the rooftop anymore, and the worst is no toilet paper anymore ! Uyen has been mean with several girls I know. They fired 2 staff employees as soon as they started to manage the building. A poor woman cleans the all building every day ( week only) The atmosphere is not good. One advice: there are some women residence way cheaper in the city ! This one is the expensive. Just use Google ! ;)
