Skyline New Rochelle

Luis was the maintenance worker who came to help me with my work order and he was great! A bottom part of my cabinet was sticking up and not only did he fix it, but he changed the color of the board to better match the color scheme of my kitchen too! He was amazing, very sweet and got the job done fast. Thank you!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Aly, our leasing agent at Skyline of New Rochelle! Our family has had a wonderful experience with Jose as the concierge at Skyline. From day one, he has always been welcoming, personable, and genuinely kind. Whether he’s greeting residents and their guests with a smile or taking the time to help with questions, he creates a friendly atmosphere that makes coming home a pleasure. Jose is also incredibly helpful with the day-to-day needs of residents. He does a great job coordinating food deliveries, making sure everything runs smoothly, and is always willing to assist with retrieving packages from the package room. His professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude never go unnoticed. It’s clear that Jose takes pride in his work and cares about the residents he serves. We’re grateful for everything he does to help make Skyline feel like home.

Since the building is asking Tenants what their experience is I’d love to leave mine, since we moved in almost 3yrs ago. We have had more than 7 water leaks all patched up to reopen again because the building won’t fix the issue “due to it being too expensive”. I’ve had the ceiling tiles come down on me and my two children due to neglect. I have woken up to water falls at my front door in my closets and now in my laundry room. Now let’s talk about response time, the maintenance people, they live in the building and still don’t respond to this. We are currently waiting for them to respond now and now we have two areas with our ceiling come down due to the water leak that they have neglected. Please do yourself a favor and don’t move here. Unfortunately we have tried multiple times to understand them but this is just pure ignorance and neglect. You can’t charge someone rent when you literally have them living in this state let’s not even talk about the infestation of roaches we had them flying in the lobby!!!!! YES FLYING!!!! They’ll patch up the apartment for viewing but give yourself a day or two inside to see the truth.

The leasing and move in experience with skyline New Rochelle was amazing. Our leasing agent Chris really found our family the perfect apartment. The rooms are so big and cozy. Our views are so incredible. We really do love it here . Everyone on staff at Skyline New Rochelle has been so welcoming.
