People need to really do their due diligence before considering PLN as their next investment and home! Heating and cooling costs are paid by each unit dweller/shareholder and it is "electric" heat/cooling!! Keep that in mind. It's a full service building....so you are responsible for paying that heat/cooling for lobby and common areas. Keep that in mind. It's a cooperative,, so not the very best investment. A condominium is way better.

I am a current resident in this building. The five star treatment in this building is the best I have ever received at any place I have lived. It definitely feels like a upper east side apartment building.

Beautiful, expertly run building with roof deck, garden, and gym. In a great location right near the E and F trains (about 20 min into Manhattan) and near several delicious local restaurants as well as Austin St. Better than it has ever been thanks to board president Ray and new superintendent Mike! Additionally, its position on the top of a hill provides unique flood protection, and natural gas generators on the roof make it very dependable.
