Newport Rentals Apartments

We had a very positive experience finding an apartment in Newport. Venessa was an absolute joy to work with. She listened, was patient, responsive, and not at all pushy. The process went very smoothly and she helped at every step. So far so good in the apartment, and I highly recommend Venessa.

I previously lived in Newport and moved to another area for a short time, but I decided to return because I truly missed the views and overall atmosphere here. During the process of moving back, there was a slight delay due to an issue with securing a guarantor, but Edward Sese, the leasing agent, handled everything professionally and helped resolve it smoothly. I was also unfamiliar with the PetScreening process, and he walked me through it and made sure everything was completed without any issues. He was responsive and continued to follow through until the leasing process was fully completed. Although I had to move within just a week and was under a lot of pressure, everything was handled successfully and the process was completed smoothly. I was originally referred to him when I first moved to Newport, and even after several years, he is still the agent I choose to return to. I truly appreciate his support and the leasing office’s assistance throughout the entire process 😊

Over the past few years we’ve lived in a few newport buildings (Southampton, Rivetment when it was under newport mgt and now in Beach) and we’ve never had any issues with maintainance or service, they always respond to maintainance requests promptly. In the older buildings like Southampton, you sometimes get small issues that other people have mentioned in the reviews as well, however I’ve never had a situation where the management did not address the problem promptly. Overall I’ve had really good experience so far with the apartments we’ve lived in and the staff. Special shout out to Jason Wills as he has been my agent this whole time, and always was helpful in finding the right apartment for us and very responsive when we needed to reach out regarding anything.
