Lofts Two22

We’ve lived in LoftsTwo for about 2 years. It was our first apartment together and it was the best first apartment to have. Austin and Jonathan have been amazing during our stay there. Always quick to respond to any concerns or maintenance issues that we had. Jonathan is always so friendly whenever we see him around in the building - a very kind hearted soul. Austin is always putting away the packages in the lockers when the delivery people haven’t. Austin always responds so quickly to any questions we had and broke down the answers for us to have an easier time understanding especially for first time renters. The building was always cleaned - even if there was some potty accidents as it is pet friendly building, but it was always cleaned up basically right away. The gym is small, but has everything you need to get a good workout at home. Wish there was a stair master but they do have treadmills and bikes for cardio. For noise level - honestly we couldn’t hear much in our unit. You can walk down the hallway and hear the neighbor blasting music but once inside you couldn’t hear it. You can hear people talking as they’re walking by your unit. The resident lounge and gym was nearby us so occasionally we heard the doors opening or them yelling if there was a party/game going on. Though it wasn’t often and it was usually on the weekend anyways. The garage lately had a lot of repairs, but Austin was always so quick to send out emails to give you enough time to move your car if needed. Our heater did end up needed to be repaired at least two times especially during the winter. It did suck not having hot water and heat for a bit (that was mainly our fault, we didn’t realize our heater wasn’t working properly). But once we sent in a request (which we usually sent late at night), Jonathan was up the next day first thing. He always reached out first to make sure when it was a good time to come by and let you know he was on his way. Always had a smile on his face whenever we saw him. The only reason why we left was space. We just outgrew our unit and needed more space for our things. We couldn’t afford renting any of the bigger units otherwise we definitely would have requested a transfer if we could.

I have truly enjoyed living at LoftsTwo22 over the past few years. The location is fantastic, especially for commuters, with the light rail just a short walk downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get around. One of the things I appreciated most was how responsive and accommodating the property management team was whenever I needed assistance. Any questions or maintenance requests were always handled quickly and professionally, which made living here stress-free. The amenities are another great perk. The gym, rooftop, and shared spaces are always clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable to use. The building has a welcoming atmosphere, and I especially loved how dog-friendly the community is. I’ve met so many friendly neighbors and adorable dogs during my time here, which helped make it feel like home. I also want to give a special thank you to Austin and Jonathan. Austin was always reliable, responsive, and helpful, and Jonathan was always willing to lend a hand whenever something came up. Their kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed and made a positive impact on my experience living here. Overall, LoftsTwo22 has been a wonderful place to call home, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, pet-friendly community in a great location.

This property exceeded all my expectations. Austin made my initial walkthrough very welcoming. Most building advertise a NYC skyline view but Loftstwo22 acually delivers. The Super, Jonathan and his team keeps the building looking and smelling great. My favorite part is running into one of them in the hallway greeted by bigs smiles no matter what. Those are just some of the small details that mskes loftstwo22 feel like home. P. S the lightrail is directly across the street. Easiest commute ever.

I have been living at Lofts Two22 for a little over 2 months and I could not be happier with the decision to move here! The building is well kept & the units are spacious. The layout is open with large windows giving a lot of natural light. Amenities are clean and a huge bonus - especially the rooftop! Being right next to the light rail allows for an easy commute into Hoboken/Jersey City. Jessica has been nothing short of incredible. She is attentive, genuine & kind. Jess, Jonathan & the rest of the crew go above and beyond on a daily basis to keep the property clean, safe and well maintained (which is not easily found!). Highly recommend checking out Lofts Two22 if you’re in the market for a new apartment!!

We love our apartment in Lofts Two22! Some of the great things about it first: the building and apartments are beautiful, with great finishes, good amenities and open and/or impressive views through large windows (depending on which way your apartment faces of course). My spouse and I looked at almost as many buildings as were available at the time in the area and we kept coming back here. The finishings in the apartment are first class! The rooms are well designed with just a bit more space in the right ways when compared to so many of the other buildings. This building avoids a MAJOR pet peeve of mine - no 'under window' AC/Heat units! The AC and heat here are the standard duct type which means the air flow comes from the ceiling and not blasting out from under the windows and taking up space in each room. The lobby presents the building well, and we have enjoyed the wonderful roof deck, with it's almost 360 degree views, including a wonderful shot of Manhattan. The community room and gym are also terrific. The light rail, which is right out the door, gets us into Jersey City and NYC without a car in 20 to 30 minutes. Our apartment overlooks the light rail tracks and were afraid the sound of the trains would be bothersome. Not the case. Yes, you hear them. But the windows are double-glazed and so the sound is very dampened. We can walk two or three short blocks to get really good food from at least 5 restaurants. More yet to discover. The staff here has been very responsive, with a special shoutout to Jessica. She worked tirelessly to get us into the building multiple times so we could land the right apartment. Everyone here works to make and keep the place clean and running. Now no building is perfect (just like no home is perfect, having been a homeowner for many years) and there is always room for improvement. The parking garage can be challenging when people take advantage and park illegally. There is lots of street parking in the area though the rules are arcane at times. Once you sort it out though, it's a no brainer. So far, after 3 months, I can say we are both very happy with our choice of Lofts Two22.
