The parking garage below the building is open to the public and offers a valet service so that the max number of vehicles can fit in a small space. There is often long lines of cars, a long wait to get your vehicle, and the app to request your car rarely works. Our vehicle was damaged while parked in the garage and they lost our key card all within the first few months of living here. I spend $375/month to park here. Today I sent my family to the airport in an Uber for $75 because I couldn't get my car out on a busy Saturday. Thankfully some of the garage staff are nice.

I’ve been living at Loden for about six months now, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed every moment. The amenities are amazing, it truly feels like its own little ecosystem with everything you need right at your fingertips. A huge shoutout to Justin, the lifestyle coordinator, who is incredibly personable and welcoming. The events he hosts made my transition here so much easier. The location is another big win. Crown Heights has so much charm, with public transportation close by and so many hidden gems throughout the neighborhood. And the rooftop views alone are enough to say yes, absolutely stunning. I’d highly recommend Loden to anyone thinking about moving here.
