Linden Lane has single-handedly disrupted our neighborhood for over three exhausting years. Their construction dragged on endlessly, showing zero regard for the surrounding community. The noise, the blocked streets, the constant mess—residents were treated like an afterthought, if acknowledged at all. And now, after all that chaos, they’re selling overpriced, shoebox-sized units as if this were some kind of luxury development. Before you buy into the fantasy, here’s the reality: The building is wedged between late-night gay bars that blast music and spill out trash and crowds until 5 a.m., every night. On the other side, a women’s homeless shelter frequently becomes a hotspot for emergency calls, public disturbances, and unsettling activity. If you're expecting peace, privacy, or safety, you will be sorely disappointed. Linden Lane may look shiny on the outside, but living here means paying a premium to be surrounded by noise, tension, and nonstop disruption. Buyer beware: this building is a nightmare with a price tag.
