Linc LIC Apartments by Rockrose

I recently visited this building and had a great experience. The basketball court and gym are well maintained, and the rooftop offers amazing views with lots of space to relax. I also liked the indoor lounge area — it’s spacious, comfortable, and has WiFi available. Overall, it’s a great building with excellent amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.

The building impresses with its amenities. The two-story fitness center is spacious and fully equipped.There is a garden area on the third floor where you can relax or read. The multiple lounge spaces make it easy to find a spot to study or work from home.

When I moved in ten years ago, the amazing Manhattan skyline view was one of the main reasons. I enjoyed various shades of color day and night and every time I got home from work, it brought me smiles. The front desk and maintenance staffs are really helpful and friendly (Gary, Youssef, Levy, Valentino if to name some). They made this apartment like home. Location is the best as it gives accessibility to many subway lines (E, M, G, N, W, R and 7). When some trains are on maintenance. It’s easy to switch to other train lines at Court Square, Queensboro Plaza or Queens Plaza. The amenities in my apartment include both washer and dryer in addition to the standard fridge, dishwasher and kitchen. For the gym, new equipments have been in place many months ago. One thing that can be improved further is the quality of hot water. It turns red many times. The cold water is okay. I lived here for 10 years and it’s really my sweet home. Just before I left, the new apartment nearby has blocked my stunning view of Manhattan. I would recommend this LINC apt if you’re looking for some place with convenient location and excellent hospitality from the 24-hour front desk.

I have lived at LINC for almost 6 years now and honestly it’s by far the best place I have ever resided in. The proximity to transportation and how quickly I can get to the city is amazing. The staff are all incredibly responsive and super nice. They really know how to make me feel at home. The building is well kept and clean which speaks volumes about the building manager and the crew that work here. Although the building is a bit older than most in the area, it has held up pretty well it think. Upgrades to the appliances and cabinetry would be nice to keep up with the newer buildings in the area. Also, like most buildings, the ACs are PTAC units which are nice and powerful…but a little loud. I’d say its probably just an age issue as I can imagine the use over the course of several years, new ones would be great. The gym is fabulous and incredibly spacious, though the equipment is showing it’s age so new stuff would be great. The lounges are always clean and well organized, perfect for hanging out with a friend and they have great natural lighting. Aside from the minor improvements I’ve mentioned, this place in fantastic and worth checking out. I’m incredibly happy here and I look forward to continuing my tenancy for years to come.

There are so many great things about this apartment building that I have to mention about: Professional management, fast and careful maintenance service, friendly, enthusiastic staffs who truly care about what they do. They are the core of this building that makes the tenants’ lives, including mine, so pleasant and comfortable. Even though the building was built in 2014, I still think the lobby looks great with sleek design and is always very well-cleaned. Elevators are always fast. Nice roof-deck with amazing Manhattan skyline view and no reservations needed. Had such fun, relaxing time hosting BBQ parties here. Also, spacious and fully equipped gym with no amenities fee!! I and my boyfriend moved in here after Linc just thoroughly renovated most of their units so I hardly see any aging sign. I think Linc is by no mean less competitive than other newly developed apartment buildings in LIC. We’re very satisfied having a home here.
