Great building in great location. 8 elevators - never a wait. Quiet. Amazing staff. Nice neighbors. Bus stop on corner. Every subway line within a few blocks. Supermarket, Whole Foods, target, food, shopping - so many choices are so close. The water and promenade are amazing. The gym and common space are awesome with stunning views. Huge pool. One of the best buildings in the city.

Living at Liberty Residences was an incredible and unforgettable experience. The building is beautiful, the neighborhood is charming, and the staff working in the condominium is simply exceptional. The reception boys were extremely welcoming and helpful, always making me feel at home even though I was far away from my country. The sense of belonging I had while living at Liberty Residences was unique and special. The phrase "welcome home" that was always said with such warmth really made all the difference. If I ever have the opportunity to live in NYC again, I will definitely choose Liberty Residences as my home once more. I am truly grateful to the entire team at Liberty Residences for making my stay such a happy and welcoming time. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home in NYC.

If you are looking at an apartment in this building make sure that it is NOT a sponsored (developer owned) apartment. The apartment owner is not willing to address major issues in the apartment - windows, floors and appliances are old and not in good condition...
