Hoyt & Horn

Hoyt and Horn is a great place to live! I met the new manager and didn't feel the warmth that Brandon offered. It helps to have the regular team still onboard to interact with.

Hoyt & Horn was an incredible place to live. Safe, well maintained, and management and services are incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend. only moved out due to external circumstances, otherwise would still be living there.

Pros: Location is great. Tons of subway access, especially for Brooklyn. The building is right next to Coble Hill and Boreum Hill. So even though it is technically in downtown bk you still get a little bit of a neighborhood vibe Staff is very responsive and having a doorman building is nice The apartments feel high quality Cons: The shared venting results in a lot of cigarette smoke coming into your apartment. Management was unable to do anything about the smokers the entire time i lived there, despite numerous complaints. The shared venting also results in a lot of noise. I was able to hear my downstairs neighbors phone notifications You wont get your security deposit back. Take pictures of everything when you move in. They charged me for floor damage that was already there.

An awesome apartment complex to live in, located in the perfect spot! A nice neighborhood, close to so many subway stations and great areas to walk around, explore, visit and shop at. Quiet welcoming atmosphere, attentive, friendly and helpful management, the maintenance staff and doormen are the absolute best there are! Great amenities, a fantastic gym, rooftop access, conference room and game room! The units are all very well kept, very comfortable and spacious with well conceived cozy layouts and nice views! I could not ask for a better place to live and we've been very happy here for our entire residency! Definitely worth checking out if you're apartment hunting!

Lived there seven years and this will forever remain the best place we ever had. A heartfelt thank you to the staff, Alejandro, Mike, Antonio, Greg, Jose, Brandon, who made it feel like home. Y'all are family to us and we will miss you tremendously.
