Henry Hall Apartments

I loved my time at Henry Hall, and it’s entirely because of the people who run the building. The concierge team—shout-out to Kevin and Alex—were always friendly, helpful, and on top of my packages! They didn’t hesitate to lend a hand when I was carrying too much, and those small moments added up to a genuinely welcoming community! Daniel on the leasing team was excellent to work with: quick to respond by email and phone and clear with any updates I needed. And Matt on the maintenance team deserves special thanks. From my first day to my last, he was proactive, professional, and incredibly fast at resolving issues. I’ve lived in multiple apartments across the country, and Henry Hall’s maintenance management team has been the best by far! Add in beautiful views, and this building was a joy to call home. Highly recommend Henry Hall to anyone looking for responsive management and a truly caring staff.

moved in two weeks ago and we are very satisfied. absolutely love our triple exposure unit which is very rare in the city. The building is well run and maintained. The staff are very professional and friendly. The window is triple panel so we finally can enjoyed a moment of peace (our previous rental building was disaster, the window was thin as sheet so being able to enjoy quietness is our top priority) Charcoal loves her welcoming gift (she think the color is specially tailored for her)

I have been living here for about six months now and have nothing but good things to say about HH. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, the building is very clean and well maintained, and the apartments are beautiful with nice finishes and quality appliances. I haven’t heard any noise from any neighbors either, which is a huge plus, especially as an RN working overnight shifts and needing to sleep all day! Views are also great! 5/10/24: Editing to add that two years later I am still at a Henry Hall and am just as happy with it as when I moved in! Great people working here, everything is clean and well maintained.

This is a great building, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are styled with great finishes, tiled floors and the floor layout makes the apartments roomy. Our move was smooth, the facilities staff was helpful and accommodating . - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

It's early days and some of the commercial parts need to be finished, but the apartments are of high standards and offer amazing views. The rooftop has also extraordinary NYC views. The apartment has full amenities and the value for money is good. The Lobby has a great design with a very interesting feel, somewhere in between apartments, a high class bar and a restaurant with a touch of designer furniture. Highly recommended.
