Honestly donât understand why so many negative reviewsđ but for my personal experience this is so far the best doorman/package room service apartment living in manhattan

My experience interacting with the leasing representative, Lance, was nothing but disappointing. Not only did he refuse to show me the apartment because he assumed that I couldnât afford it, when the listing price was $5,300 on the website and he told me that there was no point for me to tour the apartment because the price is normally over $5,800. He also said that only small dogs under 15 pounds are allowed when the website said the apartment is pet friendly. He also ignored my question whether the building is rent stabilized after I asked two times. Not sure why this building couldnât hire more friendly, professional staff.

The staff and the manager Andres personally organized packed up and oversaw a move my elderly father did from one apartment to a second apartment in the building and they stole $300,000 dollars worth of art and other things from him. They wouldnât show us the video footage because they wanted to hide the evidence. Higher management did not help. They are thieves and I wouldnât live here because of that.

This is a wonderful place to live. The doormen are super friendly, and the apartments have amazing views. We had to move out at an odd month due to a new addition to our family, and Glenwood really worked with us to make it happen. I think Glenwood is the best management company in the city
