My question is , why are there so many empty units. Usually that's a sign of distress in real estate. $2,000 for maintenance for a simple 2 bedroom in that neighborhood is concerning. Imagine when older receiving just social security. I strongly believe you will have to vacate to a nursing home!

It sucks big time people here are about to lose their apartments. Due to a loan that FHO took from the bank!

The building common area is well-maintained, but it's undermined by excessive waste and abuse. The management's approach is overly aggressive, with 24/7 security personnel who seem to be preparing for a war zone. The place is run by a group of paranoid elderly individuals. Many residents are selling their apartments because they can't keep up with the hefty maintenance fees, which seem to increase every time the management makes a change, like the recent heating system upgrade that's actually made things worse. Now, residents have to purchase their own heating devices just to stay warm. It's a complete mess. To make matters worse, the building's payroll is bloated with too many staff members, adding to the financial woes of residents. I know they are proud of this one. The building's rules, meanwhile, are draconian, prohibiting residents from using anything other than cars in the OVAL street, a restriction that seems outdated when the city itself is encouraging people to use their bikes. Their management style seems rooted in paranoia, leading to skyrocketing maintenance fees that are pushing residents to sell. Zero efficiency!

The personnel adhere to stringent standards. The location features a significant elevation change. The premises are maintained to a high level of cleanliness.

Something is wrong. Too many units on the market and are listed too long. No one wants to buy into that community. Requirements are deliberately kept too stringent to prevent new people from buying. Wonder why???
