Excellent leasing team. The ambience and cleanliness exceptional. The concierge and property management team very professional. This place is upmarket and the facilities are amazing. It is definitely on the pricier side and you feel confident that any resident who smokes weed or anything in the building will be reported by other residents, legally charged and thrown out. The quality and expectations are all the way up there so folks who want to break rules or the law should go elsewhere.

We moved in just a couple of weeks ago, and our experience has been fantastic so far. The apartment itself is beautiful, and we especially love our terrace with its stunning view. The staff here are consistently pleasant and very helpful. Although there's still some construction going on with the building, we haven't had any problems with noise. The amenities are outstanding and exactly what we needed, without any unneeded features we wouldn't use. The location is ideal, offering both the neighborhood charm of Fort Greene and the commercial and commuting advantages of downtown Brooklyn.

Pros: Beautiful apartment. Big rooms. Reasonable prices. Cons: Amenities are not as good as surrounding buildings.
