Touring The Collection! I really liked the layout at Edge Lofts, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. Definitely worth checking out if you’re apartment hunting! Elsie and Sam were great.

Terrible experience living here, was so excited but has ruined my Hoboken experience. From a week without heat to a month of not being able to live in my apartment for BLACK MOLD nothing has been an easy process. Maintenance requests are never fulfilled (broken appliances are not taken care off) The leaking that caused the mold started right back up again and nothing was done. The management team is overall terrible, as tenants we did not ask for anything expect the big issues to be addressed and we would go days/weeks without hearing anything back - I wish I read these reviews earlier because all of the negative reviews (minus packages being stolen) are still issues going on now

I've been living here for a few months now and love my apartment! It's spacious and has the best closet space. I love the proximity to everything and management has been super helpful!

Just moved in to Edge Lofts last week and so far it has been an amazing experience. Great location, the apartment is large, and the washer/dryer is elite. Maintenance team seems great. Everyone in the leasing office is extremely helpful and responsive!
