…Dutch house ♥️ I've frequently visited New York and enjoy exploring different neighborhoods each time. This recent stay stood out remarkably. The townhouse, with its impeccable design and prime location, offers a serene ambiance. Every detail is thoughtfully styled and spacious. It's luxury that genuinely matches its value. I’m already planning my next stay there!

I stayed in the Dutch House a couple of times, such a awesome Brooklyn home. The beautiful brick walls remind me of my own Dutch origin. The kitchen and dining area are well equiped and very nice to spend cozy evenings in with friends or family. The home is a calm oasis, with a lot of local shops and restaurants around the corner. At the same time the F train is closeby to go to Manhattan in minutes. Thanks so much, I hope to be back soon!

We had to find a place to live temporarily while doing some work in Brooklyn. We found The Dutch House and MySuites and feel like we couldn’t have been luckier. The apt meant itself is so stylish and sweet. The owner lives above and he couldn’t be more kind. The location is central to all the good restaurants and shops and the customer service and attentiveness to all our needs was flawless. We really had a wonderful stay and would stay there again or any of the properties they represent without a doubt. Jeremy Sisto and Addie Lane

When we saw the pictures on Airbnb it looked too good to be true. It was better. It's a cosy space that can accommodate four people nicely. The home has good light. All newly done within the last year. Double paned windows. Quiet tree lined street. About 100 feet from Smith Street where there is excellent shopping, restaurants, etc. and Court Street on the other end was even better. It is without a doubt the prettiest house on the street with amazing greens in front and back. Dutch House feels like you're in a Rom-Com movie. We will be back.
