Does anyone know of a large 2. bedroom coming available for my daughter and her husband and soon to be born baby-we are all from Nebraska and they love this area and love this building-they both are quiet respectful midwest honest young professionals-they would be so respectful-they both have good jobs and want to take care of a beautiful apartment and rent it for a couple years-please call me-Nebraska Dad-RObert chase

My grandparents lived in these co-op buildings, but they lived on Clinton Ave. they're very nice and the building management is on point.

Nice place installing new Irrigation systems people in buildings and neighborhood very friendly. Maintenance staff exceptional keep property clean.

This is an exceptionally well run housing cooperative. Very solid financially. It is 12 buildings across to two different campuses and 1221 Apartments. There is an on-site management staff of 4 in the office (standard business hours), 24 hour security on both campuses (both in the booth and also walking rounds), multiple laundry rooms, and a package room for deliveries. They have live in super and several dozen staff for maintenance and upkeep. There is a small parking lot but the waiting list is very very long.

Well managed, financially secure and meticulously maintained. New windows for all 14 buildings--no assessment; new elevators for all 14 buildings--no assessment; new radiator covers for all 14 buildings--no assessment; etc., etc., etc. Can't say enough good things about the complex or the management and board.
