I lived in the building for two years. The front desk staff, porters, etc are warm and wonderful and consistently brightened my day. Management were poor communicators and building maintenance suffered as a result. The AC/heater unit in the basketball gym didn't work for an entire year while we lived there; management just didn't care. The balcony door in our apartment would often stick open; the service people who looked at it said it was unfixable and had been poorly designed and installed. It was rare for all three elevators to be operational, which is tough in such a tall building with so few elevators.

I haven’t lived there, but I know the staff is incredibly hard working. I wish I could tho! I know there are many residents that have lived there for years! That alone should tell you it’s a great place to live.

Nice building. Has a gym and mini basketball court. Rooftop is being renovated so I wasn't able to see it or go out on the terrace of the condo :(
