We’ve lived here for two years and have had a great experience. The management team is very responsive and always quick to answer questions and resolve any issues. Communication has been smooth and timely throughout our stay. Maintenance requests are also handled very quickly, which we really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a very comfortable and pleasant place to live, and we’ve been very happy with our experience here.

Moving into Bay 151 has been a great experience! The community is clean, quiet, modern, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to Shanie, the Assistant Property Manager—she has been absolutely amazing! Moving into a new place always comes with a few minor bumps, but Shanie has been super helpful, friendly, and extremely responsive to every issue or question I’ve had since moving in. Her attention to detail and prompt communication really made the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Bay 151 to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable living space with a management team that truly cares about its residents!

We’ve had a wonderful experience living at Bay 151 the past two years. The community is beautiful and truly feels like home, largely because of the people who take such great care of it. Everyone is so friendly and always greets you in the hallways, creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The onsite maintenance team is responsive, helpful, and quick to address anything that comes up. Daniel and Dana have also been incredible—warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Their kindness and personal attention make a real difference, and we’re very grateful for everything they've done for us.
