I would like to recognize the outstanding team at Alexander Crossing—Dimetre, Maintenance Manager & Rashamid; Tenishea, Assistant Manager; and Edvin, Leasing Agent for their exceptional service and dedication to residents. Dimetre is consistently responsive, professional, and efficient when handling work orders and maintenance requests. His attention to detail and commitment to resolving issues quickly have made a significant difference in my experience as a resident. Rashamid was able to resolve my kitchen sink issue the very same day. He was professional and did an excellent job. Tenishea made my transition to a new unit completely seamless. Her excellent communication, proactive support, and professionalism throughout the process made what could have been a stressful move feel effortless. Edvin was incredibly helpful from the day I first moved into the community and continued to be a valuable resource during my recent unit transfer. He has always been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and he genuinely cares about providing a positive resident experience. The teamwork, dedication, and customer service demonstrated by Dimetre, Tenishea, Rashamid, and Edvin have greatly enhanced my overall satisfaction with Alexander Crossing. Their commitment to residents does not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for all of their support. Thank you for making Alexander Crossing a wonderful place to call home.

I am a tenant at Alexander Crossing and have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far. My apartment is great and the community is as well. Most importantly the maintenance staff and leasing office are very courteous, helpful and responsive - specifically Skyler, Rashamid and Dimitri. Thanks to you all 💪🏼

I've been visiting Alexander Crossing for the past month while apartment hunting. I initially toured with Edvin, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. After he transferred to another location, Skyler took over and was just as great. I've visited several times and was able to thoroughly explore the apartment with his help. Even though he had back-to-back appointments, he never made me feel rushed. Skyler was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

This review is long over due! Alexander Crossing is a great place to live with standout amenities. The pool is always well maintained, the game room is a fun bonus, and the gym is well fitted with everything you need for solid workouts. I lived at Alexander Crossing from January 2023 through November 2025, and throughout that entire time the experience was consistently positive. The location is another major plus — it’s right on the water and conveniently close to the MTA Metro-North, making commuting easy while still enjoying a scenic, peaceful setting. What truly sets this building apart is the maintenance team. Dimitri (Sorry if I misspelled that) and the entire maintenance crew are the backbone of this community. Maintenance requests are answered extremely quickly, and every interaction is fair, professional, and respectful. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. Honestly, I would rent anywhere this maintenance crew works. Their dedication makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. Highly recommend Alexander Crossing.

I want to take this moment to thank Mel, Abdul & Kayla for their incredible service in assuring we had a home waiting for us, In May of 2024 we started our search for our new home, I called Alexander Crossings not knowing that our dream home was waiting for us. They were able to get the apartment ready for move-in, way before the actual move-in date; mind you we’re the first tenants to ever live in this apartment. The view of the Hudson River is breathtaking; the amenities in the facility are incredible!!! This is literally a dream home. Thank you for making this possible. Also a huge thank you to the concierge team for assuring we move all our stuff at an ample time. Another huge thank you to the maintenance team Andy & Dimetre for your incredible work an assuring everything was set to go for our move in.
