Aalto57

We lived at Aalto57 for 3 years and had a great experience! Would highly recommend. The building staff are all very polite and respectful and the doormen are the best (they know all the residents, are friendly and have a great attitude). As a relatively new apartment building in the area, everything about this building is great, from the location, to amenities, to how well kept the facilities are - we have never had an issue in 3 years.

I recently moved into Aalto57, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far. George was incredibly helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process, making everything so smooth and stress-free. He promptly addressed all my questions via email, ensuring I felt supported every step of the way. The staff here, including the management team, front desk, and maintenance, are all so professional, pleasant, and always eager to help. Their commitment to excellent service really stands out. The apartment itself is beautifully designed with a well-thought-out layout and stunning finishes. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and vibrant. One of my favorite features is the terrace with grills—perfect for hosting! I've already had friends over, and they were thoroughly impressed with the complex. Overall, Aalto57 has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience in the city.

My husband and I have lived at the Aalto for 2 years and had an amazing time there. The building is modern, the amenities are clean and well maintained and the apartment has an excellent layout with high-end appliances. But the highlight goes to the staff. They are absolutely great! All of them, from the management to the front desk and maintenance, are so kind and always eager to help :) We’ve been living in NYC for 6 years and for sure those 2 years living there were the best so far.

This is an update. I left the original comment in the last part. We moved out of our unit after spending more than 3 years there. We loved the building and the apartment. It is a place we would love to call a "home". The concierge, management team and other staff are all professional, responsive and friendly. The moving-out process is smooth (no issues with deposit). It is a building we highly recommend. We moved in at the end of Feb 2021. The building and the apartment are in excellent conditions. The inner design of the apt is well-thought. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We like things here so far. The staff is very friendly as well. George helped us through the whole process and made things very easy for us. Recommend!

My husband and I have been living here for 3+ years. We absolutely love our apartment as it feels like home. The doormen are incredible and are always helpful and a pleasure to interact with. It feels like a community. Hannah and George have also been a true pleasure to work with. We hope to continue to stay here.
