One of my favourite buildings on earth. Always look forward to walking the Brooklyn Bridge with 8 Spruce, 1 WTC & Woolworth Building in the distance. The wavy architecture is so distinctive making it different from every other building. I just adore this architectural landmark!!

We just moved into 8 Spruce yesterday and are already obsessed!!! The entire experience has been incredible from start to finish. Stephanie in leasing is truly the best - so responsive, patient, and genuinely cares. She went above and beyond to make everything seamless and stress-free for us. The concierge team has been just as amazing - soo warm, welcoming, and on top of everything!!! It honestly makes such a difference walking in and feeling that level of care right away. Maintenance has also been super quick and helpful! We’re over the moon about our apartment and so grateful for such an amazing team. Highly, highly recommend!!

8 Spruce is one of the best buildings in the city! From the elevated apartment finishes to the top-tier amenities, it’s a great place for anyone to call home. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Stephanie, Paul, Alia, and Kayla from the leasing team are the best!

The best part about the building is the operational staff, and the worst part about the building is the kitchen sink drainage system, which has backed up and / or flooded onto our kitchen floor eight times in the past two years. All photos are from separate incidents.
