77 Park Avenue Apartments

I am truly grateful for the team at 77 Park. I recently and suddenly lost my father and had to move back home in the middle of my lease, to take care of things. Beni was so kind and compassionate through the process. She highlighted all the options I had available to me. She was responsive to my many questions and provided clear information. Even after I moved out she stayed in communication and let me know exactly when my old apartment was leased and she assisted in making sure I received my security deposit back in a timely manner. I truly enjoyed my 3 years at 77 Park and would have stayed if circumstances were different. I would highly recommend 77 Park Ave if you're looking for a building with a staff that cares. Maintenance was always great and so was the front desk. Always kind and responsive.

I had an amazing experience working with Elianna in the leasing office. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right apartment. Moving can be stressful, but Elianna made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She was always available to answer my questions, provided clear guidance every step of the way, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Thanks to her professionalism and kindness, I found a place that I absolutely love. I highly recommend Elianna if you’re looking for a new home—she truly makes all the difference!

Recently moved in with my girlfriend with the help of Jaynie. She was super helpful and made sure we had a stress free experience. We bombarded her with questions leading up to moving in and she was always happy to answer and accommodate us. Not only was she great during the touring process, but she continuously followed up with us to make sure we were okay as we were getting settled in. Highly recommend working with Jaynie!

I recently took a tour with my daughter and liked the building, but absolutely loved the staff. Everyone we came across was very friendly and warm. We also got to chat with people who already live here while on our tour and they had great things to say about the building.

Our experience with the leasing agent, Liliana, was incredible to say the least. She went out of her way to guide us through the process and made herself available to us at all times. Not only is she extremely good at her job, she is also one of the kindest people we now know.
