I have lived in the apartment going on 2 years and it seems things have really improved. The building now has a maintenance person who lives in the building making it better for repairs and the trash room is cleaned daily. Management has become more responsive and Cesar is a very good maintenance person who works very hard

Lived here a few years. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Let me list a few of the reasons not to move in, and ignore the many interesting reviews from people with only 1 review conveniently leaving 5 star reviews. Management will ignore you FOR MONTHS to get anything done. You will be sent to a call center 99% of the time to 'leave a message' which they will never reply to. For example, it took over 40 calls, and 5 emails over the course of 3 months with threats of legal action to get back my security deposit back after moving out (no issues, they just couldn't be bothered to reply and then without responding sent it in the mail). They will somehow forget that you paid rent a year ago and charge you an extra month's rent and a late fee which you will then have to prove you paid by sending receipts from that time, and then wait 2 months for them to remove the charges from your account. Further, your mail WILL be stolen and they will not do anything about it. I have lost hundreds of dollars to this, and the only way to avoid it was to have a group chat with neighbors asking people to immediately bring in packages to hide them. You will get your door knocked on by random people trespassing daily trying to get you to swap to a new electricity provider which they will not stop from getting into the building despite your many complaints to management. The fire alarm will periodically go off at 3 am every night for a few weeks and require someone from management to turn it off, meaning the fire department will show up and have you wait outside the building for an hour before they finally reach someone. The app-operated front door will get damaged or the app will stop working and it will take weeks for them to repair it, often leading to people just walking straight into the building (revisit the many package thefts). Elevator breaks down more times than I can count. Same with the ac. And expect long delays before those get fixed. Please save yourself the headache and do not live here if you want to keep your sanity in check.

Great building with a variety of amenities and a short walk from the Journal Square Train Station, offering excellent transit options to Manhattan and other areas. I toured the building with Lauren, and it was a great experience. She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about both the building and the neighborhood. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant tour—I highly recommend asking for Lauren.

I moved in on 9/15, and unbelievably, the air conditioner was already broken from day one. I immediately reported the issue, yet it’s been over a week and not a single person has shown up to fix it. This is beyond pathetic. Forcing a brand-new tenant to deal with something as basic as a broken AC is absolutely disgraceful. What’s worse, management has completely ignored my repair request—no updates, no replies, no accountability. It is outrageous that I’m paying rent for a unit where even the most fundamental living conditions are neglected. The level of incompetence and indifference here is shocking, and it makes you wonder if this management even cares at all about tenants.
