Lived here since this building opened and had a great experience. John the super has always been attentive, kind, and quick to respond when needed. The building is kept very clean and units are also built well (never hear noise from neighbors and our utility bills most of the year sit around $60 a month). Hopefully the road construction outside will be over soon, but other than that this is an excellent building for easy access to the city, fair unit pricing, and a zero-headache experience.

Been living here for 1 year and haven't had any issues. Management team is nice, speedy and easy to communicate with.
