360 Huguenot

I've lived at 360 for almost 3 years. My ratings are as follows: The building - 5 stars - the place is spotless Noise - 5 stars - the place is extremely quite Management - 5 stars - the ladies in the office are extremely nice, professional, and on top of any issue they are presented with Maintenance - 5 stars - the new app has made it easy to log your issue and the staff gets right on it. Parking - 5 stars - it used to be a total mess down there. Now, with the new app, things are running smoothly. Note: the parking garage is operated by a separate company Cost - 5 stars - yes it's expensive, what else is new, but the annual increases are extremely low. Location - 5 stars - we are the first building in the downtown area. We have a clear sight to downtown Manhattan, the long island sound, and west toward Mount Vernon. No other high-rise building in New Rochelle can make that claim. Upgrades - 5 stars - the building is under new management. The upgrades are very nice and from what I understand more to come.

Evan was absolutely amazing! He came to my home around 10:30 PM for a bathroom emergency and was so kind, attentive, and professional from the moment he arrived. I was told it would take about 30 minutes, but he showed up almost immediately after I hung up the phone, which was incredibly impressive. He quickly fixed both my toilet and my tub without any issues. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance is always on top of things, even late at night. I’m so grateful someone like Evan was able to help me when I really needed it!

It’s been a great experience. The management is very attentive to resident concerns and the staff is excellent. Every encounter I’ve had with Evan he’s been helpful and fixed whatever issues I’ve had in the apartment. Great time thus far.

I moved into 360 Huguenot about six months ago and I’m genuinely happy with the decision. The leasing process was smooth and straightforward. Special shoutout to Laurean, who helped me secure my unit. Everything promised was delivered. The apartments are spacious and designed in a way that gives you room to truly live. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide an incredible view and bring in tons of natural light. The gym is well-equipped, with weights up to 75 lbs, heavy bags, and plenty of machines for a full workout. You honestly don’t need a separate gym membership. The concierge team is attentive, professional, and accommodating, which adds an extra layer of comfort and security.

The tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the amenities and pricing. However, in some apartments the windows are small, not the ceiling to floor windows like I thought and bedrooms are a little tight/crammed. But, I must say they did have a great move in special at the time.
