This is a very good apartment building! The building is cleaned every day. It has a lot of useful amenities, including a coffee machine, restrooms by the entrance of the side door, a gym, and a carriage house for reading. The doorman and manager are professional. One of them, Gualberto, has helped me a lot during my stay here. I really appreciate that. The unit itself is also fantastic. It comes with digital and modern machines, especially the network-controlled air conditioner, which allows me to turn on the cooler or heater when I am coming back from university. Overall, its service and facilities are worth its price.

I had a great experience living at 30 Morningside Dr. The building is well-maintained, clean, and conveniently located near Columbia University and public transportation. I especially want to thank Gualberto for his outstanding service and professionalism. He is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Whenever I needed assistance, he was patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. One thing that really stands out about this building is the quality of the staff. Compared with the neighboring buildings, the service here is noticeably better. The team is attentive, respectful, and makes residents feel welcome and supported. Thank you, Gualberto, and the entire staff, for making my time here such a positive experience. I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

I’ve lived at 30 MSD Apt for a little over 2 years it has been positive experience. The common areas are one of the main highlights with great management and maintenance as the building bad stayed clean and well cared throughout my stay. It’s very good place for Columbia students with great ambience and quiet environment. Jake has managed the building very efficiently in short period of time. Gualberto has been of great help. He is one of the nicest person in the building. He is professional, polite, friendly person to interact with. He is very welcoming, hardworking and charm of the building. Our two maintenance (Ricardo + 1) guys are always helpful as well.

This was one of the best apartments to live in. From the amenities, events, facilities, and rooftop, everything was thoughtful and made it feel like a home. Gualberto is like the heart and culture of the building - friendly, caring, hardworking, and thoughtful. I was lucky to get to know him and have him keep the building safe.

It was a really really good place to live. Great reception (the staff Gualberto is of great help!), great WiFi, great maintenance facilities, and great public areas! The reception is responsible so my delivery was always safe. Sometimes, we will have a roof barbecue party and some other events. That’s really impressive! I was a student in Columbia, and I have had a great experience living here.
