Nice community. Very convenient to commute to New York. Lot of stores and restaurants in walkable distance.

I absolutely love living here. The front desk staff is amazing and super helpful. When you reach out to Marc in the management office he is always quick to respond, usually within an hour or less. He is professional and genuinely cares about tenants. The building is clean, my unit is spacious, and maintenance requests are always addressed swiftly. Highly recommend! ✨✨✨

I lived here for 3 years from 2022 to 2025. Overall, I'd say it was one of the best buildings I lived in Jersey City. Someone at front desk was always available and helpful. The management (Gloria) was also very helpful, including even keeping my mail for me to pick up after I had ended my lease. The rents here are hard to beat. My only negative experience was with the PATH shuttle driver, but I stopped using that shuttle eventually. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Even though I only stayed here for a year, this was one of the best places I've rented in Journal Square, especially since I have a car. Marc was a total pro and so easy to work with. Since this was my first time renting, I had a ton of questions, and he was incredibly patient, answering every single one. **The Pros:** * Fair Price: The rent for my 1B1B was really fair and only went up by 1% for the next year—a huge relief considering I hear most places hike prices by 3% or more. * Amenities: The heated parking garage, the dog run with supplied poop bags, and the gym were all great perks. * Amazing Staff: The front desk managers, especially Sara, were awesome! They recognized me right away and were always super friendly. * Spotless Apartment: My unit was spotless when I moved in. The kitchen and bathroom were upgraded, and I was so impressed with how clean the stove and fridge were—and I have high standards! * Smooth Move-Out: When I moved out, the only deduction from my security deposit was for a shower curtain bar I accidentally took (whoops, my bad!). Marc was also great about scheduling viewings for new tenants, which made the process a lot easier. **The Cons (Getting a little nitpicky here):** * Ceiling Noise: The walls are well-insulated, but the ceiling isn't. My upstairs neighbor had a kid who sounded like they were playing basketball up there. However, after I sent a video to Marc, the noise was reduced pretty quickly (I think they got a carpet!). * Garage Height Limit: The garage height is a bit low. You can only fit the smallest moving vans inside, which made moving in and out a lot trickier. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Loved living at 25 Senate! The building is clean and modern looking. The pricing is great considering how spacious the units are and you’re only 10 mins away from the path station. People at the front desk were extremely friendly and we didn’t have any issues with management
