My brother moved into this apartment and it’s so loud! I was shocked that an apartment at this price point wouldn’t have better strategies at handling the noise. The windows and AC aren’t well sound proofed. Even worse was that the management wouldn’t help my brother solve the issue or let him move units. He’s definitely moving out as soon as the lease is over.

I chose this apartment specifically because it was advertised as pet-friendly, but the reality is very different. Management has recently imposed stricter restrictions on where dogs can go — no walking through the courtyard, no being within 50 foot of the building, no standing in the lobby for too long, and more — pets are essentially expected to be invisible which makes it so upsetting. If you have a pet, be prepared to pay $4,000–$5,000 per month just for them to tell you it’s costing them more in maintenance. The apartments themselves are okay, but the pet policy makes it very difficult to actually live here with a dog. If having a pet matters to you, I would look elsewhere.

Lived in this building for many years until late 2024 when I moved out of state. I can truly say, the building team is the best, especially Max and Evan at the door and Abraham leading the crew. Requests were handled promptly and professionally, and the building is well taken care of. Move out was a seamless experience. I especially appreciate the attentiveness of the staff now that I live elsewhere, and appreciate how well the apartments are made for rentals. Great place in Williamsburg!

Leasing process was smooth and simple, Jeremy answered all of our questions and helped guide us through the application. Since moving in I've been very impressed by all of the building staff. Maintenance, doormen, etc, everyone is super friendly and the building stays very clean and well maintained. We had one maintenance request in our apartment so far and they were here and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours

My experience with 247N7 has been exceptional. From the start the entire leasing team has been incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive. Not only did they offer a really competitive deal, but they also went out of their way to ensure the leasing experience was as smooth as possible. The management and leasing teams at 247 really do make you feel like you're part of a community. Highly recommend!
