Sean Barrett and Allan Canales made this process a great experience! Sean was able to guide us through the application process, signing the lease, and answered any and all questions we had. This was the fastest I have ever been able to secure an apartment and am highly impressed with their work ethic. Highly recommend working with Sean Barret and Allan Canales!

I feel like I have to post this to praise our building. We’ve lived in this location for 3 years and truly love the management and staff. Erania was absolutely incredible in our lease renewal. The doormen are always friendly and the overall staff is great. The building is always clean and issues are fixed quickly. If you’re considering living here, do it!

Jeffrey Davenport and Sean Barrett were of enormous help and guided me flawlessly throughout my lease process. They used a great deal of their own time and experience. I was terrifically impressed by their speed and intelligence helping me get set up on Rent Cafe!

I can't recommend Rudin enough! From the very beginning, our leasing consultant Sean Barrett understood exactly what we were looking for in an apartment, and patiently guided us through multiple tours until we found the right place. Sean was attentive to our requests and was extremely responsive over email, making the entire process so much easier. His expertise and dedication truly made all the difference in our apartment search. Can't recommend them enough.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with finding an apartment at 136 East 55th Street. From the very first email to signing the lease, Sean Barrett, Jeffrey, and Erania made the entire process seamless, stress-free and genuinely enjoyable. Sean was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to find us the perfect apartment. Erania was so warm and helpful from the very beginning, and Jeffrey was always there when we needed him. I have already recommended Rudin buildings to all my friends and could not be more excited to call this building home!!
