The Mark At Mamaroneck

Just moved out after our second time at 'The Mark' and can't recommend it higher. Pat and Noah are the best managers we have encountered in all our time living in apartment complexes.

Very clean, comfortable, and well-run apartments. Patrick and Noah in the leasing office are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the entire staff here are great. Great spot for families, and just a short walk to downtown Mamaroneck and the train station for the Metro North commute. Would highly recommend!

Very happy with my decision to relocate to The Mark at Mamaroneck. Patrick and Noah have been fantastic throughout the entire process, from applying and moving in to helping with any issues along the way. The building is clean, quiet, and well maintained, with a great gym and excellent amenities. The maintenance staff is also super helpful, quick, and effective whenever anything comes up. Patrick especially has been amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and willing to say "hi" or check in on your way in or out. That kind of atmosphere really stands out. Highly recommend.

I've lived at The Mark for 1 year now and everything has been wonderful! Patrick and Nick have been so helpful, kind, and accommodating, and maintenance is super responsive and on top of things. The building is always very clean, the outdoor space is very well maintained, and the apartment itself is fantastic. As someone who commutes to the city 3x a week, having the train within walking distance is so helpful and convenient. I also have a dog and the building is so pet friendly really taking the extra step to make sure everything is accounted for. Also having the pool in the summer is something i didnt know i needed and now can't imagine living without. There’s also a grocery store and pharmacy across the street and you're close enough to walk to the main avenue with many restaurants, workout studios and the park.

Living at The Mark at Mamaroneck has been a very positive experience for me. The building is clean, modern, and thoughtfully managed. The leasing office and management team are always responsive and friendly, creating a supportive environment where residents feel looked after. I’d especially like to highlight Moulay from maintenance. He goes above and beyond, responds immediately, and solves issues with genuine care and professionalism. His help has made my transition into this community seamless. With such great management and exceptional maintenance support, I’m very happy living here and would highly recommend it.
