Evergreen Pointe Apartments is the PERFECT LOCATION. On sunny days I am easily able to take my bike to class. The overall vibe of the neighborhood complements my lifestyle and there’s so much to do that’s easily accessible.

As a pet owner, I was thrilled to find a complex that is so welcoming to animals! The surrounding nature is perfect, and my pup loves all the green space. It feels wonderful to live in a place that truly caters to both residents and their furry friends!

Great experience living at Evergreen Pointe! The community is quiet, well-maintained and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. It’s the perfect mix of peaceful rural charm with convenient access to Ithaca and Cornell. Apartments are modern, clean and thoughtfully designed! Ample natural light and spacious layouts are a couple of my favorite parts. Parking is easy and the railing trails nearby are a huge bonus if you enjoy getting outside Exceeded my expansions! Hidden gem. I highly recommend.
