Its a run down old factory converted to apartments very cheaply !!

Was gonna live there and the owner was very nice but the building manger is violating federal law by not allowing me to bring my service animal and discriminating against people with disabilities.

Loved living here! So thankful I chose this building instead of campus housing. There is a nightgaurd Fri-Sunday and everyone in the building is super nice. I made lots of friends at brookwood and if I ever had a problem, help was there!

It's super close to Walmart, making it perfect for students. It's also very safe. It's only one school bus stop away from the school.
