Cornerstone Westbury

Management is either inept or criminal. I moved out three weeks ago and after a clear move-out inspection, was told security deposit would be returned by mail. Two weeks later I was told it I could recover it online. Then I was told it could be either. No information on a timeline, no instructions on how to get my money back. Also they do not return phone calls or emails. Very disappointing. The super, Frank, is great though.

As new residents to Cornerstone we are very happy to say it has been very pleasant experience thus far. On move in day we were met by Frank the Super of the property. He was very welcoming and very informative. Frank made sure to explain all of the services of the property (maintenance ticketing, garbage removal, and even made sure to answer any questions we may have had in regard to the in apartment appliances). When we had to submit a maintenance ticket, and the issue was handled well within 24 hours, and was followed up on by Frank to make sure the issue had been resolved.

My husband and I moved from out of state into the Cornerstone Westbury in July of 2024 and have had a wonderful experience so far! Chantera and Brianne in the leasing office are always around and smiling, happy to answer any questions you may have. Frank (our in house maintenance guru) is super fast to respond to any questions/concerns and has come same day to replace our air filter when we noticed it was quite dirty. We live in one of the 2/2 units and are so grateful for the space, the luxurious upgrades, and overall how clean and friendly the apartment complex is. The location to the Westbury train station can't be beat - a quick 40 minutes to Penn Station! We are very grateful to have stumbled upon Cornerstone when we were looking for a place to live and would highly recommend the complex!

I’ve lived at Cornerstone Apts for 9 months now and my husband and I love it here. It’s been a great experience overall. The apartments are very spacious with large closets and bathrooms with modern finishes. We love the club room and outdoor rooftop space for the warmer months (which we have access to at all hours). The common areas and grounds are well maintained and cleaned multiple times a week. It also feels very safe here, I let my daughter hang out in the club room whenever she needs. Chantera and team were a gem to work with from the very beginning! They’re always friendly, responsive and willing to help however they can to make sure residents are comfortable. Maintenance is quick and reliable. Overall I’ve had an exceptional experience so far, and we just renewed our lease.

I moved into the Cornerstone Westbury a little over 2 weeks ago and my experience has been nothing short of amazing! From the beginning Chantera the manager was so welcoming and accommodating. She made sure I knew and had everything I needed and has continued to do so since. Frank the superintendent in maintenance is amazing as well and so nice! I put in a service request over the weekend and he was here Monday morning to address my concerns and followed up with me as needed. I’m definitely a person that appreciates when someone communicates with me and follows through with what they say and he made sure to do both. He goes above and beyond and I really appreciate that so much. I had other options for apartments and honestly I am so happy I went with the Cornerstone Westbury! Thank you so much to everyone here for making this experience a smooth, seamless, and friendly one!
