This community generally offers a safe and quiet living experience, with residents appreciating the prompt and helpful service from the maintenance team for everyday issues. However, some residents have noted a decline in property upkeep and landscaping since the community first opened, with concerns about general cleanliness, pest control effectiveness, and the security of gates. Prospective residents should also be aware that move-out billing can sometimes present challenges, so it's wise to keep thorough records.

Issue solved. (Dishonest management and unprofessional handling of security deposit) —————- Update: with leasing office’s help, especially thank Michale and Kristina helping moving this forward and responding my request. Eventually I did heard back from the billing manger and they have solve this issue. Overall we truly enjoy the time living here, me and my family love this community it’s safe and quiet and no surprise charge. I was a great living experience for us. —————— After move out, I received a statement with a clear billing error: they charged me for days I had already paid rent for. I reached out via email multiple times with a detailed breakdown and bank records proving the error. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the property manager repeatedly dismissed my concerns and insisted there was no error. After weeks of going back and forth over email with no resolution, I called the office directly, over 10+ times for the past 2+months. I was verbally told the error would be corrected and a refund would be issued. After that call, complete silence — no follow-up, no corrected statement, no refund. My follow-up emails were completely ignored. Months later I am still owed money. I have since filed a BBB complaint (also ignored) and am now pursuing this through Small Claims Court. If you are considering renting here, be aware that move-out can be a very different experience from move-in. Document everything, keep all payment records, and do not expect them to handle billing disputes honestly or professionally.

Is anyone else dealing with bugs in their first floor apartment? I have now had small ants in the bedrooms even though there is no food or anything left out anywhere. I had two baby crickets the other day and have had multiple millipedes with the last one being found today. Also I have noticed tiny flies which I believe are drain flies. For the amount we pay for these apartments this is ridiculous. Multiple walls aren’t flush with the ground and there were multiple openings in the outside doors when I moved in a year ago which I’ve sealed myself. I have never had all these bugs in any other apartment I’ve lived in I had other bugs when I moved in a year ago and dealt with them myself and sealed all the gaps I could in the doors myself. I notice small ants two months ago I called to have exterminator come Apparently they only come Fridays and cannot change dates which is bizarre because people work and have different dates that work for them but I was only told Friday which is a day I work I told them not to come in when I’m not there as I wanted to make sure they exterminated the area properly Even though I explicitly said not to enter maintenance did without permission This month I noticed multiple bugs ants, cricket, millipedes and drain flies I asked the exterminator to come and again was told they can only come Fridays and would be on site by 1 I moved my entire work schedule to accommodate this and somehow they were not on site by the time I had to go back to work at 210 I was never updated that they were not here on time until I kept calling the front desk They could not tell me when they would be on site Then I said just spray the outside front back and garage and next week when they are here on time I’ll again adjust my work schedule to accommodate them I have cameras outside and saw the exterminator did not spray the back I called multiple times and Tracy told me she spoke to exterminator and he sprayed the perimeter I sent an email saying no one sprayed the back which u can see via my back camera They then left me a message saying they’ll spray the back before end of day and that maintenance was told I only wanted the outside and garage I don’t know when perimeter or outside also does not include the back of your apartment where doors and windows are. Anyways I had told Michael in the front when I called that morning to make sure exterminator exterminates the back door walls and windows and told him ants are on the wall facing backyard and I’m not sure where in the back they are coming from. I then later see on my camera that maintenance not the exterminator who was still on site because I saw his car later when I got home sprayed raid or some handheld spray only on the back door and concrete. I asked for an exterminator to come exterminate. I could’ve also sprayed a random spray the whole point is for an exterminator to exterminate appropriately Also they didn’t even spray near the walls where my back windows are when I specifically asked to. The whole ordeal is bizarre. The exterminator is now supposed to come this Friday again at 1 so we’ll see if they come on time since I cannot keep moving my work schedule for this Update Today Monday July 20th there was tan/brown water coming from kitchen sink and one bathroom sink both of which were fine ten minutes before I called emergency maintenance and told them about the issue and asked for them to come look at it asap since i have a newborn and we need to use the water He told me it is probably just sediments and to run the water I still asked for them to come look It didn’t back sense sediments all of a sudden would come when it’s been fine this whole time and we use these sinks daily and I had just used both ten minutes before 1.5 hrs passed and no one came I then sent an email to management and maintenance finally came and said it’s sediment and to run the water. They cleaned the faucets. I will see if this happens again because random sediments appearing in frequently used faucets makes no sense and has never happened to me anywhere else I’ve lived.

I’ve lived here since July 2024 when the complex first opened, so I’ve seen firsthand how much this place has gone downhill. It’s honestly upsetting because when we first moved in, everything was beautiful and well kept, and now it feels like management doesn’t care how this place looks. The gym has broken blinds and the back door has been broken for who knows how long. The gates are constantly broken, so calling this a gated community is a joke at this point. The dog park is barely maintained, the dog washing station is always dirty, and the walking path is full of weeds and doesn’t feel nice to walk anymore. The landscaping is embarrassing. The grass is completely dead in so many areas, the flowers aren’t maintained and look terrible, and the whole property just looks neglected compared to how it used to. The kiddie pool has been broken and still hasn’t been fixed. Lawn treatments have been applied without notifying residents, resulting in my dog developing irritated paws after walking on the grass. There are cops in the complex all the time, and with the gates constantly broken, it definitely doesn’t feel secure anymore. For how much residents pay to live here, the lack of upkeep is unacceptable. This place had so much potential when it first opened, but over the last two years it’s become obvious that maintaining the property and keeping residents informed is not a priority. I really hate to leave a bad review because I loved living here in the beginning, but people deserve to know that this is not the same community it was when it first opened.

I have to say, I truly love this complex. One of the standout reasons is the handyman, Brian. He is absolutely amazing—kind, caring, and genuinely dedicated to his work. Anytime something needs attention, all it takes is putting in a ticket, and Brian responds promptly and gets the job done efficiently. His commitment to both his role and the community does not go unnoticed. Throughout my time here, he has been consistently helpful and reliable. I truly appreciate his professionalism and positive attitude. Shoutout to Brian—he’s a solid 10+ and an incredible asset to this community.

The apartment is new and nice, and I had a great tour with Madison—she’s genuinely kind and helpful. This was my first time applying for an apartment, so I was initially frustrated when my application was cancelled after 24 hours (even though I was given extra time), but I later learned that this is standard procedure. Unfortunately, my application was ultimately denied due to my credit score. I used to have excellent credit, but unexpected financial challenges during the pandemic impacted my score despite always paying rent on time and diligently resolving debts. Since I couldn’t secure a third-party or personal guarantor—given that most of my close friends and colleagues are out of state—I wasn’t able to qualify this time. However, once my credit improves, I’ll definitely consider this place again. I hope there can be alternative ways for people like me to demonstrate that we’re good tenants.
