The application and leasing process is generally smooth, with efficient online tools and quick approvals, and the community offers a diverse living environment with convenient payment options. However, recent residents have faced significant challenges following a building fire, with concerns about the restoration of essential services like heat and hot water, and a perceived lack of accountability and support from management regarding rent and uninhabitable conditions.

I used to live at another property where the new manager, Brandi, worked, and I can honestly say she is one of the sweetest and most helpful people I’ve ever dealt with in property management. She was always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I had a question or concern. She truly cares about the residents and goes out of her way to make people feel heard and taken care of. The View on Nob Hill is lucky to have her as their new manager! I love the nob hill apartments!! No issues since I’ve moved in. I did have one small issue with my dishwasher and Curtis fixed it right away!

I just signed my lease, and I can’t say enough good things about Nick. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but he made everything feel seamless and straightforward. He was always quick to answer my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly stood out. I’m so grateful for all of his help and couldn’t have asked for a better leasing experience. Thank you, Nick!

Just recently signed lease and do not move in until this weekend. My Review is just on the application and renting process. Application process was seamless and the app that you use to apply does most of all the work for you down to verifying your income and background with having to retrieve documents, which I had ready. Application approval happen very quickly like within the hour of all occupants completing applications. This place seems to charge you for everything though as you have to pay of course Application fee: 20 dollars, apartment holding fee: 500 ( is returned if declined and applied to your rent fees if approved and you move forward). This property charges a 300 dollar community fee, for grill area, playground dog park, playground, guess for all common space maintenance ( pay once yearly). I feel the only thing that was frustrating to me was we signed the lease via online, scheduled a walk thru and seen property but still couldn't get the keys until the actual lease start date( im accustomed to management giving you the keys to allow you to start moving things in a day or two before as courtesy. Then each lease signer has to come get their own key, which is a hassle when your working Full time and trying to pack old house, other lease signer should be able to pick up everything at one time. Besides that everything was cool. Maybe it's just that I have not moved in over 6 years and things have changed. Management does have a great app that allows you to pay all your rent and fees at anytime, which allows you to pay towards your rent weekly or split payments. The property seems nice and clean, seems to be a nice mix of ethnicities and cultures as well as professions. Will leave another review after living here for awhile and experiencing the community. Would definitely recommend up to this point.

During our nearly four-year residence here, the property has undergone multiple ownership changes, resulting in a series of maintenance issues that have significantly impacted our living experience. Notably, we were displaced due to a major fire that occurred on February 7, 2026. Despite our efforts to seek assistance from the property management, we were denied any support during this difficult time. The property management’s response to the fire was inadequate. They retained our rent money, even though our lease was set to expire two months after the fire. Furthermore, they refused to terminate our lease early, despite the fact that we were without heat for two weeks and water due to the extreme cold and frozen tundra conditions. The entire staff, including the property manager, was non-responsive, and the manager went on vacation the following week after the fire, leaving us without communication for the entire week. The neighborhood is still plagued by smoke and soot, and the garage area beneath our homes has been severely damaged. Despite these ongoing issues, the property management has not taken any action to address them. In light of these experiences, we strongly advise potential tenants to avoid this location. The property management prioritizes profit over the well-being of its tenants, and their actions have had a profoundly negative impact on our lives. Btw it’s 2/28 and I’m still out of a home I paid rent for and they refused to credit me or anything and want next months rent too 😂😂 absolute clown show being run here.

STAY AWAY! After a two alarm fire in our building, carport destroyed, four apartments destroyed, no heat, no water (or hot water) in -7 degrees. We're expected to pay rent even though our entire building was uninhabitable for two weeks (for some, its still not habitable, no heat or hot water). For the people who have heat restored -- we were given less parking spots than there are residents, so we are all searching for parking daily (but still have to pay the full parking fee). I’m really frustrated that we haven’t been able to come to an agreement regarding rent abatement. From my perspective, paying full rent under these circumstances feels unfair, its also illegal. "Under New York law, every rental unit comes with an implied warranty of habitability, which requires landlords to provide safe, clean, and livable conditions, including heat, hot water, plumbing, and compliance with health and building codes (Real Property Law §235-b). If the unit is found to be uninhabitable, the landlord is responsible for repairs and may have to reimburse the tenant for costs or reduce rent accordingly." I have never experienced such a complete lack of accountability and basic responsibility from a landlord/property management company. After a fire in the building, our apartment has remained unsafe and uninhabitable, yet we are still expected to pay full rent with no meaningful rent abatement offered. Safety and water are not a luxuries, they are basic legal requirements in the state of New York. The failure to restore essential services and then lying and saying we are "all clear" even though we actually had no hot water, and now our hot water is just too hot (like scolding hot), shows a blatant disregard for tenants’ health, safety, and financial well-being. Communication has been inadequate, and concerns have been brushed aside rather than addressed with urgency. It has been weeks since they have cleaned up the ash, it has since snowed on top of the ash, but you can smell the ash and soot lingering around the fire. Tiny soot and ash particles can irritate the lungs, trigger asthma attacks, worsen existing respiratory conditions, and make breathing difficult—especially for people with asthma or other lung issues, according to health sources. The way this situation has been handled is unacceptable, unprofessional, and deeply disappointing. They claim we can't break our lease, despite these conditions without paying a "buyout fee" of two months rent PLUS 60 days notice. Renters deserve better. Expecting full payment while essential services remain compromised feels predatory, along with how one of the staff at the leasing office yelled at us the other day.
