Willow Wood at Overton Preserve

Working with Brady in the front office was an excellent experience. Her attention to detail and personable attitude was welcoming and made my family and I feel a part of the community

Though we're still on Phase 1 in the process of constructing our new home, we are very lucky to work with Caren Cohen. She's professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating; such an amazing person to work with. So far, we have a wonderful experience working with her and we didn't regret in purchasing this place. We cant wait to move in to our new home.

My mom and I are purchasing a condo at Willow Wood and have been dealing with Caren Cohen since the beginning. Caren is so professional, courteous , and caring. She is the best. From picking out cabinets, counters, etc. she listens to you and helps you find the perfect match. We can’t say enough good things about her. We can’t wait to move into this beautiful community.

I just have to take a moment to highlight how wonderful Caren is. My parents recently bought a town home here and when I went to look at the models Caren immediately wanted to help in my own home ownership journey. Not only is she incredibly informative about the process and options, but she is so warm and caring you feel that you're being taken care of by family. I hope I'm able to call Willow Woods home one day and it will be Caren that inspired me to take the steps!

My husband and I are very excited over the condo we are in the process of purchasing at Willow Wood. Their agent, Caren Cohen is remarkable. As soon as we met, Caren took our hand, both literally and figuratively, to walk us through every step of the purchasing process - from the binder, to the contract, to the picking out of cabinets and counters. She is always there for us. Caren is so knowledgeable and professional and yet so warm and caring. She made the entire purchasing process so easy for us. Caren is the best!
