Village Center Apartments

Very nice apartments ! Up to date and roomy. If there is a problem they they deal with it quickly. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. The manager is sharp and knows the business well.

I’ll start but saying the staff is great and very attentive but the sad fact is these apartments are just extremely outdated. I swear something broke every other week and while the maintenance team was very responsive and would rectify the issue in a day or two, I just simply could not justify resigning my lease here. You can hear every step the tenant above you makes in their unit since the floors creek like crazy and I could even hear when my neighbor tenant was taking a shower. These apartments just need a major renovation. It’s in a very safe and walkable location since it’s in the village of Orchard Park, but that’s about it. Buffalo winters are no joke and the parking lots at Village Center barely ever got plowed so be prepared to DIG your car out every time it snows. Like I said before, the interior of the apartments are very outdated and sinks/shower heads look like they haven’t been replaced in years. Appliances are very outdated and did not seem cleaned at all before we moved in. My closet door was basically just a piece of plywood someone painted and screwed two small wheels onto and it came off the hinges anytime I opened my closet. Again, the staff was great, but definitely not a place you’d wanna live long-term.

My experience with Charlene, Tracy, and the team has been unbelievably friendly, welcoming, responsive and enjoyable. The apartment is excellent, I feel completely at home. Thank you!

Charlene the office manager is probably the nicest person we have ever met. She has made the moving process extremely easy and enjoyable, and has already made us feel at home here having just moved in a few days ago. Our apartment is clean and perfect for our family.

I do like it here. I do not need anything fancy. My biggest concern as a senior citizen is how long am I going to be able to afford yo live here. I have been here for five years and the rent has gone up every year. First couple of years 35 to 40. The last 3 years rent went up $100 dollars every year. Plus electric went up there is also charge 14 a year for rental insurance. They charge $5 to pay rent online. I could go into minor stuff like the parking lot too icy in winter. Dumpster over fliws but I am too worried about where Im going to go because I cant afford to live here if rent goes up again. Im retired and disabled and living here takes way much of my retirenent monies
