Alex was extremely pleasant and a sweetheart. I really appreciated him completing my repairs and would love to have him as my maintanence man all the time. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars

I've been here a year now and it's well maintained and if anything goes wrong, they're on top of it!! Beautiful 2 bedroom Apartment. Great place to live. And right across the street is Shopping for anything you need.

Me and my mom have lived in a U-Crest apartment for quite some time. And with living in an apartment for a while some things oughta break. We called the repair service because it was time for a new fridge, faucet, and oven door. Our repairman, Shamill, did a spectacular job in fixing all three! He fixed them all in a timely manner, not even disturbing my sleep! (and I'm a very light sleeper). If you live in a U-Crest apartment and need a repair guy, ask for Shamill! You will not regret it 🙏🙏

I would like to say thank you to Marcus. He was a huge help. Very thorough with explaining everything. Brought me heaters to keep warm. He was very efficient. I truly appreciate everything he did in my time of need. Thank you again Marcus 😊

So I have been living here for eight years this year nine years next year May and Mike in maintenance has always been awesome. Anytime we need help. We need something fixed or done He’s always there over the last couple of years. He’s been nothing but pleasant with us and respectful. Every time he comes It’s been wonderful
