The Skyroom Lofts at Shea's Seneca

I am not a resident of Skyrooms lofts but I live in the immediate area and I walk my dog all around the neighborhood. I must say how well maintained this property is. Pristine. Every day. Not a speck of trash and landscaping is excellent. The property seems quite private also.

Beautiful apartments!

I can give this a 5 star review as I rented the 1 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment. I would like to point out that the community on Seneca St. deserves 5 stars also, there is a sense of community partnership and neighbor-helping-neighbor. The location was perfect for me - everything was within walking distance or no more than a 10 minute drive. I think repurposing buildings in any community is a positive ecological and financial move. The new venues in the building - restaurant , pub, floral shop and the banquet hall made it convient for me to just "pop down stairs for food and drinks with friends and family, and if I needed a quick bouquet of flowers, April Spence could put one together in a minute. About the apartment, its very spacecious with lots of storage space and the washer and dryer are in the unit (no lugging my laundry down to the basement or common area). Another convenience - designated off street parking.They are all about security too. I felt very safe living there and walking my dog to Cazanovia Park (even at 6 am in the morning before work)Yes! They allow pets!

High end loft in an area that has 3 soup kitchens. Across the street from affordable housing for seniors, these are not made for the people from this neighborhood WHO they should be.

Seen a tour of one of the completed lofts in the Skyroom lofts. I must say im very impressed
