SnyderPark Village Apartments

I am a dental student graduated from UB this year and the most beautiful part of Buffalo during my studies is staying in this community. I love coming home after a stressful day and I cannot describe how peaceful this synderpark village apartments is. It’s the most amazing neighborhood in the center of city for everything and extremely safe even at midnight. The staff who manages the community takes care of us even on a thanksgiving day if we need anything. I stayed alone here with such safety that I’m feeling very sad to leave this place after my graduation. They have taken care of me like a family and I love this place. Anyone looking for a safe peaceful home this is the place we need. Thank you Snyder park for building such a beautiful community. I love you guys. For animal lovers we get see cute puppies, squirrels and rabbits playing. Sounds of birds with a morning coffee. A gym for regular exercise and ample space to walk and run with zero traffic noise.

I have lived at Snyder Apartments for 3 years, and if you're looking for the best value for your money, this is the place. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely! As for management, I only have good things to say. Like anywhere, issues come up from time to time, but here they always find a solution. The Snyder team is incredibly understanding and flexible, they truly listen to their tenants, and to me, that matters a lot. The maintenance guys are outstanding! Always in great spirits, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. I highly recommend living at Snyder. For the location and the price, the quality of life here is hard to beat!

I’ve had a wonderful experience living here! The landlords and staff are incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The apartment is well-maintained, and the community atmosphere is warm and welcoming. One of the best things is the abundant green space — my child loves running around and playing on all the grassy areas. It’s rare to find a place that combines excellent management with a safe, family-friendly environment. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I have lived in SnyderPark Village Apartments for about a year and a half now with no rush to live elsewhere. Overall, we have experienced minor problems that you would expect living in an older building and having neighbors, such as occasional noise, minor moisture buildup, or shared laundry space. I am leaving 5 stars mainly because of the responsiveness of management and maintenance is great. We have had a few requests that required the help of maintenance. Every time we submitted a service request or spoke to the kind women in the main office, our concerns were answered or taken care of on the same day. It gives us peace of mind knowing that any issues that may arise will be handled timely. Lastly, I would recommend living in SnyderPark if you are looking for a budget-friendly apartment that is in a great area. Everything you need is either within walking distance or a quick drive. I feel safe walking alone around the neighborhood. We have really enjoyed having SnyderPark as our first apartment experience.
